Delightfully Odd

1967 Ghia 1500

Whoa. Have you ever seen one of these before – because we are pretty certain that we haven’t. Fewer than 900 were built, with a Fiat drivetrain. This one has a Volvo four-cylinder, which should prove significantly quicker.

The droopy-tail styling is odd, as is the rectangular grille opening, but this is a head-turning machine certain to be the star of just about any gathering. We’d love a turn behind the wheel.

It’s on eBay in Washington with reserve not yet met.
