1990 Nissan Skyline GT-R
Nissan’s Skyline GT-R is indeed the most famous Japanese sports car never to see these shores when new – Americans were introduced to it via Sony’s Gran Turismo game on the Playstation, where it was a dominant race car. The all-wheel drive, combined with four wheel steering and big power potential from the twin-turbo inline six make this a popular car for importers now that they are available under the twenty-five year rule.
This one isn’t perfect – it has some scuffs and scratches, and a well-worn interior – but it’s a great deal for such stellar performance. There is virtually no limit to the modifications that can be done, but we’d love to see it simply restored to showroom condition.
It’s on eBay in Florida for $22k or offer.
