1995 Mazda Miata SE
Mazda loves to build special editions of the Miata. Nearly every year since 1991 has yielded some limited production trim package, with unique paint, wheels, and/or interior bits.
The ’95 Merlot edition is one of the most sought after, with the beautiful BBS mesh alloys and acres (well, for a Miata) of plush tan leather lining the cockpit. This model has a few paint blemishes, and what sounds like some peeling clearcoat, but otherwise it looks to be a nicely cared for model. While the street racers shopping for Miatas don’t love this model because it’s a bit heavier and softer, it’s still a great driving experience with a few more comfort features than the elemental base models.
It’s on eBay in Washington with reserve not yet met.
