Engine swaps can be fun, especially when they bring new capabilities to a proven chassis. A LS V8 swap in a Miata, for example, gives plenty of power in a lightweight, great handling car.
However, taking a lightweight, great handling car and shoving an inline six where a tiny rotary should be is ill advised. Still, someone decided to mate the two, and this is the result.
It’s not complete. There must be much fabrication (and heavy drinking) ahead. We must ask why this was done? The big lump of Ford 300ci I6 isn’t a performance engine in the least – unless one wants to tow a boat with their dented RX8…
