Needs A Navigator’s Seat

1967 Saab 96

It’s a rally car, right? How on earth does one expect to drive a rally car at full chat without a navigator?

Otherwise, this vintage two-stroke Saab is spectacular. The roll cage looks to be modern and quite sturdy, and the bodywork looks to be in very nice condition. We especially love the banana spoke alloys – are they Shelby wheels? The seller notes that it has been sitting for some time, so a full nut-and-bolt check will be needed before driving in anger.

The sounds the two-stroke three cylinder make are worth the price of admission. The COTD team has some masochists among themselves – they’d be happy commuting to the office in this little beast.

It’s on eBay in Dallas with reserve not yet met.
