1977 Saab 99 EMS
Short of the 99 Turbo, this is as good as Saabs of the ’70s get – around 110hp, fuel injection, and those awesome “soccer ball” alloy wheels. And yet, it’s only seen twenty thousand miles turn under those wheels.
Other than the headliner and the period-looking Vredestein tires, this is exactly as it rolled out of the showroom. It’s magnificent. Saabs have a deserved reputation for being “different,” but they are well-built, reliable, and fun to drive. This would make a spectacular alternative to a Mk.1 VW GTI, and will turn heads at every Cars and Coffee.
It’s on eBay in Florida for $18k or offer.
