No matter the minor imperfections, this has to be one raucously fun car to drive. We spy exhaust cutouts for the long-tube headers right behind the front wheels – the dual four-barrel carb-fed 454 big block has to sound absolutely nasty when opened up.
Obey all local noise pollution laws. Oh, and tire smoke pollution, too. Save the earth, kiss a whale, coexist, and all that.
Torq-thrust alloy wheels are always appropriate, especially in staggered widths as seen here. We especially love the manual transmission, though the modern pedal covers don’t look right in the footwell. Other than that and the modern stereo, we doubt we’d change a thing.
