1977 GMC Jimmy
To trot out an old line, they don’t make them like they used to. Few people would take a modern GMC Yukon (the closest equivalent to this body-on-frame Jimmy) beyond a smooth gravel trail. The 20″ wheels are not meant for proper off-roading.
This Jimmy, though, is ready to go just about anywhere. It’s been beautifully restored, and save the custom paint looks basically as it should have as it came off the showroom floor. There have been some powertrain upgrades as well, so it should be plenty powerful to keep up on the highway.
The price seems high for what it is, but we’re sure that someone will need to have this. It’s still cheaper than a new Yukon, after all.
It’s on eBay near Detroit for $45k or offer.
