1984 Porsche 911 Carrera
This could be scary, or it could be the bargain air-cooled Porsche enthusiasts are looking for. The scary bits include the rough estimate of 200,000 miles, with no clear photo of the odometer. That’s a bunch of miles for any classic. Next, there aren’t a bunch of detail photos. One might assume a rust-free body, considering the desert climate and the galvanized chassis of the ’80s 911. But better photos will be required.
But this looks to be a no-reserve auction, and the seller claims to have all records since new. That’s a big plus. If it’s as trouble-free as described, this could be a great buy.
It’s on eBay in New Mexico with no reserve.
