1968 MGC GTS
MG used to be a motorsports powerhouse. No, really. From rally to road racing, MG won everywhere. In the late ’60s, they built an aluminum-bodied coupe for endurance racing, known as the GTS.
This looks to be a reasonably-faithful replica, though the body is steel rather than the original aluminum or the more-common fiberglass of many replicas. One would have to imagine that this steel body would be somewhat heavy compared to the alternatives, though it’s not likely as fragile. The work looks to be quite well done, making this a great choice for any octagon fanatic.
It’s on eBay in California for $80k or offer.
