Grand Prix of America racer
Meant to be a scale replica of a McLaren F1 racer of the ’70s, these big go-karts were the spawn of John Z. Delorean, meant for racing at franchised tracks around the country.
This one is missing the original Wankel engine, but it shouldn’t be hard to find something that will produce around 30hp like the original. Or…assuming decent brakes can be fitted, a 600cc motorcycle engine would make this an autocross weapon.
