1967 MGB GT
The MGB, in both roadster and GT variants, has long been suggested as a great first classic. With hundreds of thousands built over eighteen years, and a massive aftermarket, the B enjoys parts availability unmatched by any other import classic.
The restorer of this GT has taken a great classic, and while ruining some of the originality, has made it a better driver.
Air conditioning helps make hot summer days bearable in the cozy coupe, and the Ford five-speed conversion will help on long cruises. It looks like a modern, non-Lucas alternator has been fitted as well. All of these should make this B more useable in daily driving.
It’s on eBay in North Carolina for $18,500 or offer.
