1980 Triumph TR8
The TR8 should have saved Triumph from the nameplate scrapheap in the sky. Despite the cheese wedge styling that was dated entirely too soon after production, the car was actually very well built, suffering from relatively few typical British Car foibles.
This one, one of the very few fuel-injected TR8s ever built, is even better than most. The tartan cloth interior is stunning, even though the plastic dash is so Seventies it hurts. This is perhaps the best example we’ve seen, and it seems a bargain.
It’s on eBay in Portland, Oregon for $14,500 or offer.
