Fox-body Mustangs aren’t yet the most collectible cars. However, as limited-production, high (considering the times)-performance, factory-built specials, the SVO might as well be the Boss 302 or GT350 of the Eighties. So, pick a clean one up, and store it in a dry climate (say, near an auction site in Arizona) for twenty years. Just remember to thank Carchasers when you hit it big.
This SVO looks nearly stock, save for a Hurst shifter and a pillar-mounted gauge pod. Gotta keep an eye on the boost. The black paint gleams, and the factory alloys are in perfect shape. This would be the one to save.
It’s in Florida on eBay, with reserve not yet met.
