Yes, this car has some rust, but it looks relatively superficial. We’re not suggesting this will be an inexpensive or easy restoration, but finding an E-Type (or XK-E as Jan and Dean would say) that’s had the same owner since 1964 does have some advantages. There’s no newer paintjob covering up who knows what. Probably all the numbers match. And all the parts are there.
